Have you ever gone to a study hall when you should have been in gym? Worry no more because the new update to PowerSchool allows you easily to see your schedule day-by-day. Released December 4, the update features your schedule for the day, showing course

name, period, start and end times, and the room number for each class.

The schedule is accessed from the bottom bar of the app in the tab labeled 'schedule.' Along with the schedule feature, the update includes bug fixes and other minor improvements to the app.

"It’s greeeeeeat!" said sophomore Ryan Appel, channeling Tony the Tiger.

According to district tech coordinator Mr. James Shay, the update will make the

beginning of semesters more efficient.

"When each semester begins, they have to call you to homeroom, and [the guidance department] had to print all the [schedules] out. We don’t have to do that now," explained Mr. Shay.

"It’s really good! I don’t have to go on the website to check what day it is anymore," said senior Christian Hartman.

"I think it’s the most intuitive and innovative update since they added the lunch tab," added junior Lucas Klenovitch.
