Have you ever wanted to be Hilary Duff in Another Cinderella Story—to be a mysterious Cinderella? Well now you have the chance.
The freshman class is holding the annual winter dance February 8. The dance will be from 5-7 p.m. at the school.
Every year the freshman class officers choose a general theme for this semi, and this year the theme is going to be interesting: it’s a masquerade ball!
If you’re not aware of what a masquerade ball entails, it’s a dance but everyone wears a mask. The mask can vary from hiding just your eyes, or even hiding your whole face. Even if you’re weary about wearing a mask, consider buying one you can hold to seamlessly take it on and off.
Dance tickets are on sale in the cafeteria during fifth and sixth period lunches until February 5, so be sure to grab the tickets quickly. Please support the freshman class so they can have the funds to plan other events in the future. The tickets are $15 per person.
To all of the seniors reading this, consider going this year for the masquerade fun; it’ll be unlike any of our former school dances. Plus, it will be our last opportunity to attend a dance before prom in the spring (get your prom dresses in advance ladies).
Freshman class advisor Mrs. Danielle Kopsack said, “the freshman class and I are looking forward to a night of masquerade fun.”
So be sure to grab your tickets and dance the night away at the winter dance February 8 from 5-7 p.m. at the school—see you there!
