Black Friday shopping is always an adventure, but hopefully these helpful tips will guide you through this exciting (and sometimes excrusiating) experience.
Make sure to arrive to your favorite store early so you can be the first in line. It’s not the end of the world if you’re late; just push your way to the front of the crowd. People love that. In fact, why not camp out in one of those tents already set up inside Rural King?
Before you start throwing everything into your cart, grab the nearest broom, umbrella, spear gun or similar object to fend off other crazy shoppers.
If you’re feeling a little tired, find the nearest Macy’s or mattress store and curl up on a bed to take a quick power nap before you get back to the Black Friday rave!
Still not feeling energized? Consume multiple energy drinks. Nothing says “Happy Holidays!” like the jitters.
Set a budget for yourself to ensure that you don’t send your parents into credit card debt. You can even go through the catalogs and fliers (that stores will inevitably send you) in search of the best savings. Then again, it’s the holidays . . . go wild! It’s their credit rating, not yours.
This is also the perfect time to find some Christmas presents early, but we know you will just shop for yourself instead of making purchases for friends and family. Hey, self-care isn’t selfish, right?
The best tip of all: just forget it; you can get even better deals in your jammies sitting on your couch eating leftover turkey at home.
